    While the location was undeniably beautiful, it certainly didn't excuse the sheer inconvenience of having only one spot for pool towels, it's like, hello? And to add insult to injury, I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade after that nonsense but no, just regular service for me. Truly dissapointing stay. I almost praised them, but just couldn't.

    very, very nice staff, extremely spacious room with comfy pillow. good food and family atmosphere. location just off khao lak, restaurants also outside of the resort and khao lak center. perfect customer care, parking on site.

    Spacious suite, excellent staff, with a lovely beachfront location and fantastic kids club, made our stay enjoyable and engaging for the little ones, exceeded by the fitness center offering great facilities to stay active , and we appreciated the convenient 89.5 km distance from the airport.

    Three pools are present, but good luck finding pool towels-they're only distributed from one spot, and there's no drop-off for the used ones. That clutter can throw off the vibe a bit. Plus, using the provided Chromecast on the TV was frustrating. It didn't work as smoothly as expected. There were a couple of times that the cleaners failed to properly close my door. Lastly, despite advanced requests, I found my room not adjacent to my family's, a disappointing mix-up.

    Just a good pick for a relaxing holiday in Khao Lak with great value-to-price ratio. The beach access was amazing, great for enjoyable sunsets every evening. Take advantage of the beach chairs early to grab a good spot.

    The room was spacious and cozy, and I really loved the variety at breakfast, especially the fresh fruit selection. Relaxing by the saltwater pool and enjoying a back massage at the spa was just perfect. It was a bit tricky to find a sunbed at times, but overall, it was an amazing getaway! 🌊
